BCE Auctions

BCE holds two auctions per year - our Live Auction, held in the Fall as part of our Fundraising Gala, and our Annual Auction, running March 9-19 this year. BCE's auctions consist of donations made by parents and community members and account for about 5% of the BCE Annual Grant.

BCE is now soliciting auction items for the Spring Auction.

What are we looking for? Here are some examples:

 

  • Sports memorabilia and game tickets or on the field access 

  • Restaurant donations - dinner parties, catering

  • Electronics

  • Kids parties, camps, music schools (reach out to your favorites and have them donate a week or a class)

  • Hotel nights  

  • Hosts and locations for themed parties (toga party, summer solstice party, tacos and tequila party, holiday ugly sweater party, etc. You come up with your own fun theme!)

  • Vacation homes - anywhere in the world 

  • Access to local celebrities - you or someone you know knows someone

  • Exclusive tours of local companies (EA Sports, Pixar Studios, Sony Playstation, Roblox, etc.)

  • Unique, can’t buy experiences (i.e. ride on a zamboni)

  • Winery tours and tastings 

  • Museum or zoo passes

All proceeds from the auction help the Burlingame School District sustain and enhance exceptional public education for all Burlingame TK-8 students.  Auction donations and purchases are subject to the BCE Gift Listing Policy.
